Yes, and there's no seat limit. Each person gets their own login with a role attached — full access for owners, leads and calls only for a manager, or read-only for someone who just needs the reports. You control who sees what, and you can revoke access any time.
That's the point of it. Open any lead and you'll see the full chain: the channel, the campaign, the keyword someone searched, the page they landed on, and what they did next. Calls include a recording and a written transcript, and form submissions show every field the person filled in.
You get both. The dashboard is the live picture you can check whenever you want. On the first of each month we still send a short written recap explaining what moved, what didn't, and what we're changing — because a number on a screen doesn't tell you why it moved.
Your dashboard only shows the modules that apply to you. If you're SEO-only, you'll see rankings, traffic, leads, calls, and reviews without an empty Ads tab staring at you. As you add services, the matching modules switch on automatically.
Your Google accounts — Analytics, Ads, Search Console, and your Business Profile — are yours and stay yours; we're only ever granted access to them, never ownership. On request we'll export your historical dashboard data and call recordings before we close out the account.
